[ - ] Do you provide staff with 360 booth rentals?

Yes. Our 360 booth experience comes with an attendant to ensure a successful experience and to help with any questions you may have.

[ - ] How long does it take to set up?

Our 360 setup time ranges anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hours, so we will make sure we arrive at the venue 2-hours before the start time of your event. Set up and take-down time required is included complimentary and is not counted as part of your rental run time.

[ - ] What are your 360 booth requirements?

Booth Requirements: 

• Area necessary for the 360 booth is 10’ X 10' X 10'.

• Two electrical outlets within 10 Ft from the area. 

• Shelter (for Rain or Direct Sun Exposure) if event is outside. 

• On-site WiFi (Provided by Client) - WiFi is required for instant video sharing.

[ - ] How do i secure my date?

The Client is required to pay a deposit in the amount of $100 to secure your booking with the remaining balance due the 7 days prior to your event taking place. Payment methods: Debit, Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Zelle Pay. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS

[ - ] How quickly do the guests receive their videos?

Almost instantly. Guest will use the sharing station after exiting the platform to send their videos via text, email or airdrop that can easily be shared to all socials sites.

[ - ] How many people can stand on the platform?

Up to 4-6 adults can utilize the platform safely at the same time.

[ - ] How does the 360 photobooth work?

1. Stand On 360 platform

2. Let the camera spin around you 2 or 3 times in a full 360 motion until it stops.

3. Step off platform and review the final outcome of your 360 video experience.

4. Enter your phone number, Email address or Airdrop your video for instant access to share on social media.

5. Tag @3sixty360booths in your post so we can share your 360 video on our page!

[ - ] Do you have company business insurance?

Yes. We have General Liability Insurance (GLI) which covers:

• Bodily injury to someone else
• Property damage to another person’s belongings
• Personal injury, like libel or slander

A copy will be provided with your contract.

[ - ] Are the videos unlimited?

Of course! Unlimited videos during the rental are included in all of our packages, so the fun will never stop for your guests.

[ - ] Can we customize a message or logo on each video strip?

We can add just about any customized overlay you want at the bottom of every video strip. You are welcome to provide us with a custom logo, a personalized message, or we can just the event name and date, it's your choice.

[ - ] How do your prices compare to the competition?

We take pride in offering the highest quality entertainment and videos at a fair price.

You spend so much time and money on your big day, don't gamble on a cheap photo booth that could stop working or ruin your great memories with blurry, poorly lit videos.

We recommend booking it as soon as possible to ensure you reserve your date because our schedule fills up quickly.
